You know, if you think about it, piñatas are kinda sad. Because you really just beat them to death and then eat their innards.
Anywho, what spawned that thought was a really adorable video I found of this little kid with a pinata. I'm going to go ahead and guess he's a Spiderman fan.

Criminal Minds
So, due to my sister telling me to do this, I have lately been watching a show called Criminal Minds. On this show there's a character called Dr. Spencer Reid, who's played by an adorable actor named Matthew Gray Gubler. He's very very adorable. Even when his hair is terrible, I still find him attractive, which is saying something. ;)
Him still with cute face, but less cute hair. Hair is still acceptable at this point, however. This is an older picture.
Do not like this hair. Still adorable face, though. Then he cut it! :D Back to good hair now.
He licks his lips a lot it seems.
Yep. :)
This has been Taylor talking about attractive people. Good day.

Thought(s) of the Day 4
Today I was walking around with my purse, when I realized after it managed to slip off my arm again for no reason, my shoulders are not wide enough for a purse. Therefore, I came to the logical conclusion that men should carry purses, not women! Their shoulders are much wider in general, where purses must balance. Purses would definitely work out better with man shoulders. Just saying.

Merlin
I thought I would post some reasons why you should watch Merlin here today. Mostly these reasons come in the form of the lead actors, who I think I love.
(When having a staring contest, but still. They also didn't understand staring contests and seemed to believe the way you lost was by someone laughing)
Also, there's Katie McGrath!
Very pretty, and seems to support the idea of Merthur (Merlin/Arthur romantic relationship) when asked about it. Seems cool. (In one episode commentary when Merlin and Arthur were having a serious talk, apparently she filled in the dialogue with "I love you." ;D And then she and Angel [see below] laughed about it).
Angel Coulby AKA Guinevere. I haven't paid as much attention to her, but she also seems cool. I don't mind the character but her relationship with Arthur is possibly my least favorite part in all of Merlin. Don't let it deter you though! Eventually she starts wearing these dresses where you stare at her and all you can't think of is "Boobs!" btw [see above].
I leave you with Bradley James super subtly staring at Colin Morgan and then looking away and pretending it didn't happen while Angel Coulby answers a question and Katie McGrath plays with her hair. Bradley frequently gets distracted by Colin when they have big interviews, it seems. Whether it's true love or a man crush...It's definitely one of the two. ;)
We've got Bradley James. I mean, look at that. |
Colin Morgan. Awesome. |
Adorable things like this happen occasionally. |
And stuff like this. |
And the actors do stuff like this. |
And this. |
Aarrgh! |
Classy! (AKA I have no idea what Bradley's doing there) |
Surprise thumbs up! |
And then they stare at each other like this sometimes. |

Why am I showing you this...?
What is this...I don't even...
The strangest cross-over I could possibly ever imagine.
Yet I laughed all the same. So I decided to share.
Also, I wanted to point out that John's wallpaper on his phone is kitties. They are adorable.
Sherlock with Sailor Moon. In case you don't know. For some reason.

Books and reading and such
So I felt like I wanted to make a post. And then I was like, what do I write about? So I'm writing about books. And reading. Because I used to read, like ALL the time. Now that I'm in college, I kinda ran out of lotsa free time, so I don't free read as often. That, and I have to read for my classes, so I feel kinda read-ed out. Is that a term? Probably not. Well, I'm making it a term now.
Anyhow, I wanted to see if anyone (Manda and Taylor I guess) know of some good books to read. Cause I want to read some more.
I'll even post some books I read if you would be interested. Lately I've read some books by a guy named Chris Wooding. His books are sort of fantasy/sci-fi-ish, depending on what book you read. They probably lean more towards fantasy though. But they all seem to have some sort of odd plot development, something that you don't expect to happen. So they're really captivating. Lemme see...the books I've read by him are Storm Thief, Haunting of Alaizabel Cray, and Poison. Again, all very good reads.
Another author I've come to enjoy is Tamora Pierce. Her style is more olden times, medivally stories. They go off of kingdoms and knights and stuff. But they also include magic, mythical creatures and gods. I used to read stuff by her when I was younger, so I guess I don't know how well her stuff would still stand up to my tastes now. Pierce normally writes her books in quartets, meaning in each series there are 4 books. So it's really good if you have a high attention span or have lots of spare time. Especially because each individual book is pretty good sized. So yes, books by her. I guess I'll just name the series names, seeing as naming the books themselves would take a while. There's The Song of the Lioness, The Immortals, Protector of the Small, Circle of Magic, and The Circle Opens.
The Hunger Games is a good series. Except all my favorite characters died. D: But I suppose that's sort of a good thing, that the author can make me actually really care about her characters and get upset at their deaths.
And of course Douglas Adams. He wrote The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and proceeding books. I think these are some of the greatest books. People need to read them.
So yes, those are my thoughts on books. Anybody else want to post some good reads?
